Make this easy orange swirl fudge in our Mod Lunch Bento!⁠ ⁠ What you'll need:⁠ ⁠ * 2 tablespoons butter⁠ * 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk⁠ * 3 cups white candy coating or white chocolate chips⁠ * 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract⁠ * Orange food coloring⁠ ⁠ How to make:⁠ ⁠ 1. Line a PackIt Mod Lunch Bento with parchment paper or aluminum foil, enough so some hangs off the sides⁠ 2. In a microwave-safe bowl, heat the candy coating or white chocolate chips, the 14 ounces of milk, and butter on high for 30 second intervals until mixture is smooth⁠ 3. Mix in the vanilla extract⁠ 4. Remove 1 cup of the mixture and transfer to a separate bowl⁠ 5. To the fudge remaining in the microwave-safe bowl, slowly add the orange food coloring until you get the desired color⁠ 6. Pour this orange fudge into the lined Mod Lunch Bento⁠ 7. With a spoon, drop the white fudge into the orange fudge as shown in our .gif⁠ 8. Make swirl patterns as shown in our .gif. We used a wooden skewer here.⁠ 9. Refrigerate for 3-4 hours⁠ 10. Remove the fudge from the Mod Lunch Bento and remove the foil or parchment paper, cut into squares and its ready to serve! ⁠ ⁠ Store your fudge in your Mod Lunch Bento in the freezer for up to 3 months.
