I don't know why it took so long to figure this out, but prepping lunches the night before was a game changer over here. Especially, after we discovered @PackItCool. They have freezable, gel-lined lunch bags that act as all-in-one coolers. You can pop them in the freezer and there's no concern about needing ice packs, etc. I also love that they are eco-friendly and reusable.
