It's time for some PATCH car races! Here's how to create these super cute little cars:
Step 1- Pop the tops and bottoms out of 2 PATCH tubes (you may need the help of some scissors)
Step 2- Mark two spots along the seam of the tube, making sure they’re far enough apart so that the wheels won’t overlap.
Step 3- Across the other side of the tube, not quite at the halfway point, mark two more spots on the same alignment. Use scissors to carefully make holes where you have marked, large enough to slide a skewer in quite loosely.
Step 4- Measure and cut two toothpicks 6.5cm long.
Step 5- Make a small hole in the middle of 2 ‘wheels’ and use tape and/or a hot glue gun to attach your wheel to the end of the skewer.
Step 6- With the unused end of your skewer, slide it through the holes and attach your final two wheels to the skewers, in the manner mentioned above.
Step 7- If you’re feeling crafty you can decorate it or cut a hole for a small passenger!
