NATO IN WALES: US President Barack Obama and UK Prime Minister David Cameron wrote a joint article in the Times newspaper on Thursday, the first day of a NATO conference in Wales. They write: "There are some who say that we shouldn’t get involved in addressing these threats. There are others who doubt if Nato can adapt to meet the challenges we face.
