Here they are! This all started when I went to see the Van Gogh Experience more than a year ago. I was fascinated by the letters he wrote to his brother, Theo. There are over 600 letters that document his life. Theo kept most of them, and when they both passed on, Theo's wife Johanna kept them together. They were published in 1914 and are public, you can find them on vangoghletters.org. "Letters" is the pen in the front, and is based on one of them. We'll see how this collection goes, but I really liked interpreting the art for printing on a pen. And I made sure to use the raised texture so it feels a bit more like paint on a canvas. I already want to expand this collection to add a few more Van Gogh inspired designs, and this is definitely the first collection in a new artist series. Maybe Monet next?
