It was a tad uncomfortable to insert... would probably benefit from a bit of lube, only because its a little awkward and needs a little practice! (Couple of trys and we're there) I didn't hear it 'pop' like the bloggers said...so it was a wing and a prayer whether it might leak. I wouldn't bother poking about unnecessarily... only bother if it leaks. But if im honest, if its leaking, take it out & try again. I might add.. . Ive had absolutely no problem at all on that front. It didn't.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Once in, It pretty much vansished. No soggy dangling string, getting wiffy & damp... just vanished, to the effect I panicked how the hell I was supposed to retrieve it!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

It literally felt as though i wasn't on a period at all. So having wiggled it in and hoped for the best... no leakage, no uncomfort.. so far so good.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Until removal time. After all these years, amazing how your body can still suprise you. It requires a bit of grappling & probably not that aesthetically pleasing... but bingo. It was out.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Here's what i do know. Yes, i slept all night, without ruining my bed linen. My knickers are clean. I smell clean. I dont need to fret about whether i have a cupboard full of expensive paraphernalia in various shapes & sizes. I have ONE cup, and it WORKED.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I won't look back. Its minor annoyances are outweighed by the 100s of positives.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
