Days for Girls has been working diligently to empower girls all over the world with dignity, health, and opportunity, even though they have periods. So far they have reached 1.5 million girls in over 140 countries. Thanks to you, Pixie Cup has been able to donate 1,400 Pixie Cups to Days for Girls over the past few years. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We wanted to share some pictures of their kit distributions in Brazil.

Lola took these kits to Brazil, and shared her experience with us. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
"So happy to have learned about Days for Girls it has been a beautiful and rewarding journey. When I learned about DFG I had an upcoming trip to Brazil, Bahia and I knew I wanted to be a part of it in some way. So when I talked to Kristen about taking kits down to South America she was like “yeah, how many do you want to take?” She meant business. I knew I was not capable of doing it on my own so I got in contact with young women in their early twenties and told them about the amazing work DFG does and they were on board since day one. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
When I arrived in Brazil Miraua and Jamile had already gone to various houses and schools around the community to tell them about the upcoming workshops. The environment created in each workshop was incredible, everyone who participated learned so much, even myself. Miraua, Jamile, Raiane, Michele, Crislayne and I created a sacred space where women and young girls felt safe and comfortable to share any doubts or questions. We had young girls from eleven all the way to women in their fifties and each one of them brought great wisdom to share with one another. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
On a side note, we had the participation of three young men that helped out in the kitchen with the snacks ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ A total of 100 Days for Girls Deluxe kits were distributed in the region of Chapada Diamantina."
