Here is a little visual of how to measure your cervix and how you can tell if your cervix is low, medium or high by using your finger. Our cervix is pretty incredible and actually changes texture and position throughout our menstrual cycle. Try exploring your cervix for your entire menstrual cycle and take the time to feel the changes physically. Our bodies are pure magic and everything is interconnected. ⠀
⠀
The 3 cervix illustrated in the second image are all examples of a high cervix and the finger is simply showcasing if you are only able to insert the top portion of your finger before feeling the bottom of your cervix you have a short cervix, if you are only able to insert half way means you have a medium cervix and if you are able to insert your entire finger you have a high cervix. ⠀
⠀
Keep in mind that your cervix position, texture and mucus changes throughout your menstrual cycle. This is simply a guide and our bodies our uniquely our own with beautiful variations. ⠀
