Vinegar is a natural disinfect and is perfect for rinsing your cup. Not a fan of that sharp odor? Infuse it with lemon! The acid in lemons is antibacterial and antiseptic and it makes the perfect all-natural menstrual cup rinse.
Simply cut up some lemons and drop them in a jar of white vinegar. Let it sit for two weeks and you’ve got the perfect all-natural DIY antibacterial menstrual cup rinse! Use one part lemon vinegar to 7 parts water.🍋💦
