There is a misconception within menstrual cup brands that if you have given birth, you need the Large Cup. I am not saying this isn't true, but it is not the best way to determine your size. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Comment if you have experienced this👇⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

We have had many moms here at Pixie say that the Large was uncomfortable and hurt. If that is you, then you need to go down a size and trust me, it will be more comfortable for you. We even had a mom who had 4 children and used the XS Pixie Cup, this is not very common, but it can happen. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

If cups are not working for you, I would try a menstrual disc, especially if you have a weaker pelvic floor, which often occurs after childbirth. Menstrual cups need vaginal muscles to stay and place; if your muscles are too weak, the cup could fall out.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
