Today was an amazing day, actually everyday at Plantlab is, but today was extra interesting!!! This is the Plantbased version of Beef Tartare... We compressed some watermelon, Black Tahini and the coolest part... vegan egg yolk... This is totally plant-based, made with Cashews, turmeric, Black Himalayan Salt (for that eggy sulfur taste) Shallots and Herbs... Oh and when you cut the yolk it’s actually oozy....
