Friday flow day! My headstand flows were completely off this morning ? for some reason I'm shaking, heart beating fast, falling out of them, and not falling out of them correctly, but then when I did it yesterday I fell out of it pretty bad and perhaps that's why I was off today, but none the less I kept doing it!
