Every Pressed Earth product comes in a glass jar, meaning they can be reused or recycled…
It goes without saying, you can reuse the jar at home. Maybe grow a Devil's Ivy in water, or store your nuts and grains.
Alternatively.... 💁🏼♀️ You can bring your jars back to us at our Claremont Shop (with the box too, if you like) and we'll reuse them. 🙏🏻 Each jar goes through a thorough washing and sterilisation process and boom—good as new.
It means they don't have to be melted and remade into glass jars again (which obviously takes a lot of energy and infrastructure). So it's more sustainable and means we get to see your delightful face in-store. 😍
Plus, for your efforts, you can create an account with us and get points for every returned jar, equal to $0.50 per jar. Points can be redeemed for products once you have accrued enough points. 🤩🤩🤩
For example, when you've completed your 3 day cleanse (go you!), return all 18 (clean) jars to our shop and you'll have enough points for a free juice.
At the moment we only have the ability to offer points for returns at our Claremont Shop 🏠 If you're planning on bringing back your jars and boxes, here are some other things you should know:
♻️ We only accept returned jars that have been pre-washed or thoroughly rinsed.
♻️ We do not reuse lids for health reasons. So for these, place them in usual recycling, please. Or make little wheels out of them.
♻️ We can't reuse the shot bottles, so it's into the usual recycling for these as well.
♻️ Oh! and just so you know, reuse doesn't stop with you! We also collect and reuse the jars and bottles from the legendary cafes, restaurants and bars that stock our juices.
