Ever wondered what happens to the left over bits from your daily juice? π€
Either way, here you have it! ππΌββοΈ Through our organic waste (fruit & veg pulp) recycling initiatives, we divert around 300 tonnes of waste from landfill each year with these two marvellous waysβ¦
β β β β β β β β β
1. ππ» Most of our organic waste is collected by a local Perth Hills farmer Tony who feeds it to his Highland Cows. π As a natural by-product of our juicing process, this is a highly nutritious & sustainable way to feed livestock. π§‘

2. ππ» The rest of our organic waste is recycled by WA family company Richgro, who convert the waste into fertiliser or clean energy. β»οΈβ»οΈβ»οΈ Richgro created the first food-waste-to-energy power generation facility in Perth, where the food waste is converted to 100% carbon free electricity! β‘οΈ

Additionally, even the by-product of the energy generating process is used to add organic nutrients to arid farming soils. So even the waste from the waste goes back into the ground for new growthβ¦ π±π Talk about circular! ππ»ππ»ππ»
So folks, in short, you can sip that cold pressed juice with an even clearer conscience. π€πΌππΌπ
