We press the whole celery plant (including the tips and bulb!) rather than just the middle section that we’re always seeing pre-packaged in the supermarket. 🙄 Pressing the whole plant minimises wastage, plus you get the benefits of extra nutrients! The bulb in particular contains antioxidants that help with inflammation, and is a good lil boost of Vit B-complex ( a bunch of diff B vitamins) vitamin C and vitamin K.
