April flew by with a lot going on behind the scenes. We had an awesome month of partner insight, industry events, and time together as a team.
We kicked off with a Klaviyo Partner Day, where the focus was clear: the shift toward an autonomous B2C CRM powered by K:AI. It marks a step change for how lifecycle marketing is evolving, with more systems moving from assistive AI to decision-led automation. Klaviyo continues to push hard on AI-led capability, and it’s reshaping how we think about owned channel strategy.
Andy attended iMedia Summit on the Gold Coast, with the cooking challenge emerging as an unexpected highlight alongside many valuable retail and ecommerce connections. It was great to spend time with people we already work with - Chrystal Knight from Mocka - Australia and New Zealand, Julien Cohen from CYGNETT and Alex Ross from Athos Commerce as well as make new connections.
Back in the studio, we kept things moving with a team games night and a lunch and learn with Okendo, diving into how reviews and UGC are becoming central to post-purchase growth.
A solid month of learning, connection, and staying close to where ecommerce is heading.
