"I have always been a very active and athletic person. I take pride in my physical health and fitness and always feared pregnancy and the aftermath. I was afraid my body would be changed forever and scared that I may never return to my pre-pregnancy weight/fitness.
In the photo on the left, I'm 39 weeks pregnant and 2 days before delivery (ended up having an emergency c-section due to last-minute complications). The photo on the right is 7 days post emergency C-section and mommy and baby are very healthy!
