My pp times with EACH of my babies was different (through trial and error), so I figured I’d share with you what’s been helpful for me this go around. I had so many questions from my stories on which products I’ve been using, especially when it came to binding. I’ve always used a binder after delivery to help everything find its way 🙃 and I swear by them. They’ve always sped up my recovery and helped me bounce back. This doesn’t mean they helped me lose the weight per say, but they got my shape back and got me into my pre-preg pants faster. ⠀

I’ve been using the Luxe Belly Wrap with the Extender this time and I really love it. The quality is far better than what I’ve used in the past and it’s structured just like a corset so it’s not flimsy at all. I wear it for a few hours a day and it’s helped with my posture and toning. I plan to wear it sporadically through the first 3 months like I typically do." #shapingmotherhood ⠀
