I contribute a huge amount of my belly recovering fast to this band after labor. These photos were taken today! It's been one week and one day since the twinnies were born."

I made a plan and I stuck with it.
1.) eat clean
2.) exercise moderately
3.) lather up with lotion and coconut oil daily
4.) drink as much water as possible
And the last step on my master plan
5.) wear a belly band from @bellybandit
