This is not a way to lose weight or waist train. It's simply a great way to assist in getting everything to shift back to normal after having a baby. I feel like it helps support my back, too, which is still hurting. It's SO breathable and comfortable. I can wear it all day. I even wore it to the pool yesterday to watch my kids swim with their cousins, and I wasn't too hot!
