After my first son was born I experienced diastasis recti and a ton of back pain! When I found out I was pregnant again I wanted to not only prepare for the baby also my body for what comes after. The Bamboo wrap was awesome! It definitely helped to shrink my uterus a lot faster and I didn't have any back pain (which was great for trying to keep up with a toddler and newborn). I recommend it to all of my pregnant friends!
