All proceeds from pvolve virtual zoom classes from Wednesday 6/3 - Sunday 6/7 will be donated to colorofchange , the nation's largest online racial justice organization. 🖤 My personal mantra has always been to “move with intention.” Movement, this week especially, hasn’t been to “burn off calories from one too many glasses of wine”. Movement is my place for reflection - where I open space for more awareness, more knowledge, more purpose, more intention. I look forward to moving and connecting together this week and beyond!
