Mind • Body • Spirit • Soul • In the 80s I was hooked on Aerobics. Then a big void. I didn’t have a workout obsession. Until a few years ago I literally stumbled upon this awesome and inspiring workout, 🏋️♀️ I attended as a fundraiser. The room was dark. I assumed it was dark because they were filming the Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills. It was the most exhilarating workout. I loved it. I recall saying to my husband... it was the most fun I’d had since cheerleading! Yes. It is SoulCycle and the dark room is part of the experience. For me the class is spiritual, physical and mental. I’ve spun in many cities and towns around the country from 83rd Street and SOHO in NYC, at the Water Mill studio in the Hamptons and Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Hollywood and Brentwood in LA and San Francisco, Walnut Creek and Berkeley in the Bay Area. Headed to Colorado to ski 🎿 I’ll book a class at their new studio in Aspen...... If you want a more convenient way to exercise Peloton is the next best piece of equipment. I love the convenience but miss the heated room and riding in the dark and in a pack. It easy however much more convenient and more economical in the long run. ( My husband and I were early adopters.) We have also ridden in the New York studio with our favorite instructors. Today .. this 31st day of January on New Year’s Eve I’d like to introduce you to P.Volve. Like soulcycle and onepeloton I believe pvolve is going to be the next big thing. Mark my words. What’s your exercise / fitness goals for 2019? Whatever it is schedule it. Mark your calendar and commit. When we write things down it helps us stick to our plan. Happy Spinning. Running. Bouncing.
