tried @pvolve for the first time this morning at the brand new @aloyoga soho store. i am blown away that such small and precise movements can be so tough! i could feel my muscles activating through each movement. @stephenpasterino made sure each of us had perfect form and i cannot wait to go back to the studio for another class 🙌🏻
