At the @oscardelarenta Pre-Spring 2025 runway show at the New York Botanical Garden, Lead Hairstylist @hairbyrubencolon of @newcollectiveny relied on R+Co BLEU products for effortless, summer-ready hair to perfectly complement the collection.
The collection celebrates nature’s elegance with a blend of relaxed tailoring and vibrant hues. Inspired by watercolor orchid paintings, the designs feature orchid prints and snakeskin motifs for a sophisticated yet organic look.
To achieve the soft wave styles, Ruben and the team applied Optical Illusion Smoothing Oil to smooth the hair and used Highest Volumizing Mousse to add body. Hair was blown dry and curled with a ½ inch barrel iron, then finished with Cult Classic Flexible Hairspray for hold and Reflective Shine Hairspray for extra shine.
For a sleek looks, they blow-dried with Smooth & Seal Blow-Dry Mist, applied Super Style Crème to slick the hair back, and finished with R+Co BLEU Cult Classic Flexible Hairspray for hold.
