The home where parts of the classic movie “Scarface” were filmed in Key Biscayne, Florida, is on the market for $237 million. The 13,000-square-foot mansion also comes with its own helipad. The property before the house was built was part of President Richard Nixon’s “winter White House” in the ‘70s. If it sells for list price, the property stands to set a record for the highest sale in Miami-Dade County. The current record was set in March by Mark Zuckerberg’s $170m purchase on Indian Creek Island.
