For those of you who may not know, Friday night, our car was stolen in the middle of the night, right from our own driveway. Luckily it was soon after located with help of some amazing officers who searched through the night. It has been one whirlwind of a weekend trying to understand why someone would do such a thing to another person and to find comfort in my home again, after the unsettling feeling that someone can be that close without you knowing. Through it all, I want to say how proud I am of my husband and I. We have kept positive attitudes, shown no signs of distress to our littles and really came out on top and made this past weekend something that didn’t stop us from having a good time. People can be mean and do awful things, but you can’t let those people tear you down. At the end of the day, we have our health, our family a roof over our heads and food in our bellies. We have dealt with things that are far worse and life altering than this... bring it on life.
