I have been a coach for 7 years now. โจThis invite to the Coach Advisory Board is an incredible honor & has been a goal of mine for many years. BUCKET LIST kind of goal - up there with TOP TEN and MILLION CLUB.โจ
Butโฆ itโs not a goal you can reach by simply checking things off an accomplishment list - itโs a personal invite.โจโจI think that is what makes this so special.โจ
I will serve a 2 year term, being a voice for 400,000 business owners in a network I not only respect, but owe so much of my gratitude to.โจ
I care about the integrity of this business, the way coaches have an opportunity to thrive & develop financial freedom, I care about our customerโs experience, I care about the reward system, and the boring stuff like business efficiency.โจ
I know this role can be a heavy role - and as an introvert that can be intimidating. But Iโve learned that ๐ฐ๐ก๐๐ง ๐ ๐ก๐๐ฏ๐ ๐ฉ๐๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐๐๐ก๐ข๐ง๐ ๐ฆ๐ฒ ๐ฉ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ฉ๐จ๐ฌ๐ - whether thatโs in motherhood or in business - being โintrovertedโ doesnโt count me out for standing up for what I believe is right.โจ
There are 8 coaches on the board, 4 new coaches rotate in every year to serve alongside the entire corporate team.โฃ Iโm sharing this with you to remind you, especially you introverts or those of you who have a vision for your life & just havenโt STARTED on it yet โ to remind you that following your heart & showing up has SO MUCH POWER. โฃ

You absolutely CAN use YOUR voice for something meaningful to youโฆ. And to remember that others NEED your voice and for you to show up AS YOU.

This is a work work work trip. But its my first trip to Utah for Coach Advisory Board meetings & I am so looking forward to whatโs aheadโฆ. and the way God will lead me to SERVE a community I am forever committed to!โจ
