Do you need any help? My usual answer to this question is no. I am really bad at asking when I need it. I feel guilty. There have been so many times as a new mom that I needed help but didn’t receive it cause I didn’t ask. . I feel so much pressure in today’s society to be able to do it all as a women. To be a wife and mom, have a job, take care of my house, remain healthy physically and mentally, and be present all the time. But guess what I can’t do it all. I need help. . I have been working so hard lately on asking for help when I need it. Mainly from Drew. He has always been so willing to help me, ready at all times. But I refused so often. I couldn’t understand why I couldn’t do it. So I would force myself to try harder. Only doing more damage. . I understand the saying it takes a village so much more now as a parent. It takes a lot more people to help raise my child then just me. J needs me to ask others for help. Do you know why? Because when I ask for help and get what I need I am a better mother. I don’t feel on overwhelm 24/7 and I can be so much better. . NEVER feel bad or defeated if you need help. It doesn’t make you any less of a mother. Admitting you need help and asking is strength all on its own! Remember you’re human you need time to renew yourself. Being a parent is no simple task and it drains you every single day. Listen to what your mind and body are telling you and accept the help if you need it 💕 #cleanwholeme
