This paint color wasn't Plan A. Or even Plan B. But apparently the third time is a charm, because I love how Plan C ended up! And combine that with the new shiplap and maple ledge I added over the weekend, and I'm really thrilled with the progress in this room 🙌 Often times during projects, things don't go as planned. I've learned to expect that with DIY. But I kept going, and I landed on a solution I love with this paint color. The fascinating part is that the paint on the shiplap is the same one that's on the wall (they're both Polar Bear by Behr). They are from the very same can of paint - though they look like 2 different colors.
