Christmas Sunday 🎄❤️🙏🏼
Definitely became THAT mom this year with matching all the girls.🥰 But more than the Christmas dresses and the boys in their Christmas outfits - today as we were in church and listening to the music and program that was prepared to fill our hearts and minds with peace, I was overcome.😭Overcome with a moment thinking of Mary, the mother of our Savior. I cry every year listening to the word and the music as we turn our complete focus to Christ.
I’m so grateful for my Savior and love celebrating his birth at Christmas time. Thinking about that moment brings tears to my eyes as I imagine that glorious moment when Mary met her baby. When the Savior of the world was born. When our world was blessed with His goodness. When the North Star signaled to the people that He was finally here and the word was fulfilled. I can only imagine the joy that filled the world. We need that right now - and it’s up to us to spread that. To share that joy and love with those around us. I’m grateful for His love and His life.
I’m so grateful for my family. For our children. For my husband and our life together. This year has been a challenge in many ways. But I think the trials and challenges we face in our life also bring great blessings and joy.
Merry Christmas week!!
