I haven’t posted in forever, but we’re still chugging away on lessons! In case you’re new here, I’m Ashley, lefty, chocolate chip cookie lover and homeschool mom of 6 years. We use A Gentle Feast as our main curriculum and really love it. It’s easy to customize, easy to use, and has really wonderful book lists!
We’re wrapping up our 2nd year with AGF (we’re in Cycle 3 - we started with Cycle 2 because that’s where we were in history). This year my kids are 11, 9, 7, 5 and 2. Because my older kids are delayed readers, we combined the Form 1 and Form 2 booklists and did all oral narration. This worked really well! I love that with the way AGF is set up, I could easily look at the available books for each form and pick and choose what I wanted to use.
