There are so many needs and hurting people right now. I am often overwhelmed by the heaviness of it all. But it is not my job to fix everything. That is God’s job. And He is very aware of and sovereign over what is happening.
What I 💛CAN💛 do is ask God to help me find small ways to serve and love the people He has put in my world. To bring a little light into someone else’s darkness. This looks like…
✨Taking a meal to someone who is sick.
✨Sending a card to someone who is lonely.
✨Bringing coffee to my child’s teacher.
✨Putting together a bag of snacks for that friend who is caring for a loved one in the hospital.
✨Showing up in the hospital parking lot to pray for that person I know who is inside.
✨Being a peacemaker.
✨Speaking what will build others up and dwelling on what is excellent and true.
✨Live as children of light!✨
