By far the scariest part of parenting is allowing your absolute most precious possession to be loose in a world of absolute chaos that you have no control over. If I could lock these kids in a tower and keep them to myself for the rest of my life just to protect their little hearts from ever experiencing sadness I would. But the hardest part is knowing I can’t do that. So for now, while they’re still mine for safekeeping, they have every single little bit of me 🌻
