Hey I’m Emily 👋🏻 the mama to Luca & Nico who have taken over this account.
I really was never much into social media - until I had Luca.
When we received Luca’s diagnosis the loneliness I felt broke me. From that moment I vowed that I never wanted another parent who received a Down Syndrome diagnosis to feel like they were alone in their journey like I had.
So I started to share our journey on here, and somehow it has turned into so much more.
Who knew that brokenness I felt would turn into such a drive and passion to share what a family with Down Syndrome looks like with the rest of the world.
Luca has given me so much purpose in life, and I love this journey we are on so so much.
