there is so much I want to say, but the first thing that comes to my mind and then returns over and over again is glory be to God. this is by Him and for Him. blessed be His name.
He is so good and I am just so incredibly thankful for this honor. I am so thankful that josh and I get to step into the joy of parenthood together. I am so thankful that God is carrying me as I carry this child. I am so thankful for the peace that God gives even when stepping into something I have never stepped into before. I am so thankful for how He supplies all of our needs according to His glorious riches in Christ Jesus. I am so thankful for the amazing man he has put beside me. I am so thankful for this little one whom He sees, knows, and is knitting together with purpose. I am so thankful for His works that are so wonderful. I am so thankful for every day of this little one's life that God knows and has ordained. I am so thankful for the joy that shows itself through tears welling up within my eyes as I think about how much I love this little human I have yet to even meet. I am so thankful for the joy of praying for this little one. I am so thankful for the joy of telling this little one about the One who is worthy of all the glory and is forever good.
I will be treasuring this in my heart for all of my days.
