I distinctly remember being 15 when my youngest sister was born and thinking, “When she’s my age, I’ll be 30.” It felt so old and so far away. And now, today, I turned 30. It doesn’t feel old anymore or far away, but it does feel significant.
So here I am. 30. At last. I’m so grateful for all 30 of my years. Fifteen year old me couldn’t imagine being 30, let alone what my beautiful life would look like fifteen years later. I’m so grateful for this life and the people who are walking through it with me. I’m so thankful for every day and every breath in this beautiful, messy, magical, hard, love filled life.
