During this shoot I had some unflattering angles and some really great ones, too. But THIS photo stuck out to me. And I fee like I had to share my realization.
My stomach is not flat and let me just drop some knowledge on you ladies—we have ORGANS and reproductive systems that will ensure us to never have a FLAT stomach. Like there are literally things keeping us alive inside of our bodies and you want to shame yourself about it!? EVERY body is capable of incredible and beautiful things. Every BODY IS BEAUTIFUL. ✨
DO NOT listen to that small voice telling you you “don’t look like x” or “don’t have a body like y” because at the end of the day W H O C A R E S!!!!!!
