The number #1 reason people don’t meditate is because they feel they don’t have time (and #2 is that they feel they’re not good at it). But meditation doesn’t have to require skill, nor do we need that much time. We can always steal little moments of mindfulness throughout the day—such as deep breaths in the moments in between tasks, or during moments of self-care such as when you’re in the infrared sauna, or simply the moments before your first bite of food.
