From zip lining through the jungles of Costa Rica, to swinging bells on a secluded beach in Panama, to making ourselves at home in a palace in the Dominican Republic… Every December, health enthusiasts would travel from all over the world to top off a busy year with a rich dose of wellness, community and education.
