When we started SAMARA, although so many things were uncertain as you start anything new, the one thing that was certain was love. It was a grounding and leading reason for starting this company. SAMARA is rooted in love, and is created to love all things living, to treat people and the world with kindness and respect, which is one of our core values - because if not, there is no point in building something. But it goes even deeper. As a Founder, I pour everything I have into building this, and I want you to feel the love through our interactions, our products, our stories and our existence.
My mom was someone whose love engulfed me for as long as I can remember, and it’s her love that powers me through life. Even though she’s not here, I feel it so vividly. Love is powerful and goes beyond what we can see or hear, and my hope with SAMARA is that you feel this powerful force too, through every single thing we do. We’re here to be different, and to be deeply and genuinely rooted in what matters most - love.
