Also it occurred to me that we always think it's hard to go downhill, it's not. It's easy, there is less resistance and it's easy to just put your hands up and slide down. It's digging your heels in and climbing up and on that's hard. Video in the next slide reminded me of that. Disclaimer: I KNOW there is a plastic bottle by my feet, I don't use them on the whole however on this occasion I was stuck in a mountain area in a dress with sand between my toes and this was the only way to carry water to wash my feet ?These days I'm all about Kleen Kanteens and bamboo bottles.
