Osaka Castle was built in 1585 by Toyotomi Hideyoshi who was one of the most popular shoguns in Japan. The gozabune boat that Toyotomi Hideyoshi played in the inner moat of the Castle was reproduced using folding screen painting. The gozabune boat is covered in about 3,000 gold leaves.
