Grow your own, catch your own, make your own — or support someone locally who loves to ! Making the time to ask the “who, what, where, why’s” of our food choices ( and composting the remains) can mean three or more chances a day to support local economy, local jobs, while having a smaller carbon footprint and supporting small scale, regenerative farming operations. It’s a win/win in terms of health for people and planet.
