This is only about half the people who showed up - but we had about 50 people (predominantly Black Women) show up to clean the beach and learn to surf! Especially seeing so many young people - it literally made my heart sing. We are the ones responsible for redefining sustainability for our community - and our community consistently shows up and shows out! We deserve sustainability and we are present! .
