Earth Day Giveaway alert!♻️ “I was 22-years-old the first time I learned what the word compost means. I couldn’t believe that all of my life, I had gone along with the flow of society, never questioning throwing food into the trash. But now, after years of saving our food scraps in a 5-gallon bucket and taking it to our friend’s garden once a week, and learning the enormous benefits of not throwing food in the trash, my friends and I have started the @communitycompostmovement , a weekly food-scrap pick-up service with our pilot program on North Shore of Oahu. 🌳 It seems everywhere we look on this earth, there are challenges to be solved. 🌎Behind the solutions are people like you and me, putting their passions together to help where they can.” 🌊@leahloves
