#seeatiptimetuesday Fancy Footwork ~ Rosie is a Queen on intricate footwork and timing, two things that help noserides be good noserides! Check out the subtle differences in the angles of her front foot as she sets the board in trim. By keeping her feet close together, she shows grace and control, which allows her to be calculated with where she takes her steps. (If we get in a habit of taking big cross steps, we have much less control over where our feet land. By taking small steps, we maintain control through our core muscles and are able to guide the board better.) Practice on land, practice in the water! One step at a time, for forward and backwards and develop the muscle memory!! Words: @leahloves Surfer: @rosiejaffurs Video: @tahneinei
