#SeeaTipTimeTuesday
Rock the board! Sometimes, to maintain speed while on the nose, you can rock the board by shifting your feet under you.
It's a great way to stay engaged with your nose ride to maximize time! Think of it as a dance step, but your floor moves, so you want to shift your weight from side to side with your hips to compensate. Here, @tara.sachi uses this side-to-side movement to stay in the critical "curl of the wave." This log-specific wiggle helps her stay connected to the energy pocket of the wave without pearling or falling out the back.
With the correct energy and intention, you can create speed with this movement in the hips. You can practice this move while trimming and work your way towards the tip of the board to explore the sensation!
