"When I started surfing I would make my own swimsuits and stuff - that's when I discovered Seea. I was like WOW - I wanted every Seea suit. I had one suit - the Leucadia skirt, I actually bought at the Malibu Urban Outfitters. And I took that home and wore it all the time - I still have it. It's falling apart I kept it as a charm. When we would talk about moving I would dream about working at Seea. It was this intangible dream. It took a few years after I moved to Oceanside, but to go back home after all those years, working for Seea and bringing all these suits and shooting with Oscar was a full-circle moment." - @sabinasauce
Seea designer Sabina Sauce reflects on her trip back to her home country, Venezuela, after several years away from home. Sabina is pictured at Pelua, a beach not far from Las Caracas. When living in Las Caracas Sabina and her husband Oscar would often drive to Pelua, leaving early in the morning and staying at the beach all day to surf.
