My good friend Wrus stopped by our house a few weeks ago to take front porch pictures. Jack cried the entire time, Emmy only wanted to play with the neighbors - ya know, a typical morning. But, in the mess of it all he captured a few good ones, crows feet and all. 😜

I don’t take the role I have to be this girl (and Jack’s) Mother lightly, and every inch of me wants to change the cruel world I’m raising them in. Working everyday to learn and grow and make sure that our children recognize (and respect) the beauty in all of our differences.
